What is reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis is a purification method that forces water through a very fine membrane to separate most dissolved matter. Sediment and carbon filters prepare the water before the membrane.
How often do I need to change the filters?
It depends on the quality of your mains water and how much you use. Pre-filters are usually changed once or twice a year and the membrane at longer intervals. Follow the interval in your unit's manual; we can also remind you when a change is due.
Is purified water free of minerals?
Reverse osmosis also separates most dissolved minerals. Some models include an extra mineral filter to balance taste; check the features on the model page.
How is installation carried out?
Our team places the unit, makes the water inlet and drain connections, tests the system and explains how to use it. A short survey of the location comes first.
What is the difference between home and industrial systems?
Home units are installed under the sink and store water in a tank. Industrial systems work with higher daily capacity and a pump; capacity is selected according to the required flow.
