Regular filter replacement preserves performance and water quality. The interval depends on mains water quality and usage.

How do we find the right spare part?

• Unit model: Send us the name of your unit or a photo of its display.
• Replacement timing: Pre-filters are usually changed once or twice a year and the membrane less often; it depends on water quality.
• Fitting: If you wish, our team changes the filters on site.
